Terms and Conditions


30% deposit is required to secure booking and must be received within 14 days to hold bookings. For Packages with crockery hire, we require credit card for bond and If there are breakages, the cost of the crockery is taken out of the bond. Final numbers and payments are due strictly 10 days before the event. In the event of a cancellation prior to the confirmation date, the deposit amount is not returned. In the event of cancellation after the confirmation date, you will need to reschedule your event.
